A morning at Renge Onsen. The weather did not look good.
Mt. Asahi, that we climbed yesterday, was hiding behind the clouds. The plan was to climb to Mt. Korenge and to go down on Kanayama sawa. Due to the worse weather we went down to Kijiya. The route to Kijiya is known as a popular tour course. I was interested in the course.

I have never seen the bridge without snow here. The route had many up and down.

My skies are not good for many up and down. It was bothersome. We had to remove and put skies several times.

And it started raining heavy.

There was no snow before the ridge. We had to carry the skies. The thunder came.

The rest of the trail had also up and down, and then we saw beautiful green leaves.
I guess it is a nice course, but I like a route straight climbing up and skiing down. We came back to Hakuba at noon.

Many people went home already. A calm and quiet sunset at Hakuba.
