A well-known Japanese cake brand in Takamatsu, "Kimamori" (A guardian of a persimmon tree)

Persimmon jam between crispy wafers.
Wasanbon suger made in Takamatsu is used for the wafers.

Kimamori, or a gurdian of a persimmon tree means a custom to harvest persimmon fruits. When you harvest persimmon fruits, you don't take all and leave only one fruit, which is called "Kimamori", looking like a guardian to watch the tree.
